: Something went wrong with the water inlet valve and the water enters the machine and does not stop. Is there anyone out there that knows who to call for repair. I live in Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
I would hope you could find the water valve locally for about $20 and fix it yourself. The phone book there is chock full of major appliance parts sources. Water valves are almost generic, so taking the old one off for
comparison purposes at the parts store is best. Since your brand is not a common one, takiing the old part will expedite finding a new one.
