the door seal is held in position with 2 metal strips,with a flat screwdriver slide in between the 2 metal strips and lift across about 2 inches slide the old seal out,with the new seal(make sure its not upside down )slide it into the left side,when tis is done slide into right side.when seal is in hit lifted metal back down with pliers or hammer
