Here's something that has worked for me before. Make sure you have good batteries--transmit light comes on. Look on circuit panel and you'll see a square box with a screw inside of it. Slowly rotate the screw while holding the transmit switch down. Try both directions if necessary. This tweeks out the signal. You need to turn the screw very, very slowly. When the door moves, turn in both directions until it doesn't and then find a spot half way between those two points.

: have a garage door that works fine with one control but second opener will not work. Would like to repair or replace second unit. Was told could not repair or replace as was too old. Unit is dated as Feb. 12, 1982. 14LG236B What is the answer?
