Your may have a water quality problem, or maybe you're using too much soap. Also, cleaning the rubber with a mild bleach & water solution will get rid of the mold(but only for a short period of time). Your best bet may be to consult with Maycor (Maytag) and see what they have to say. You certainly paid enough for this machine, right?
