: Hi Eric:
: The freezer section of my side by side refridgerator is icing on the back wall and running all the time. Frost seems to be building up behind the back panel and causing it to buldge. Any suggestions?
: Thanks,
: Sandi

Hi Sandi
You definitly have a defrosting problem.
This is an area I don't like to get you into to far as there is alot involed. The one thing you can check is the defrost timer. Usaully located on the back of the unit down at the bottom. It is the timing devise for the defrost cycle. Whet you locate it useing a slotted screw driver advance the time till the ref shuts off. Once the unit has shut down open the freezer door & listen for some cracking & sizzling sounds, if you have them you will need to replace the defrost timer. If you don't call in a service company as there are a few interor parts that will need to be check to find out which has burnt out & will need replacing.

Eric
