Not without *a lot* more details.
Is this appliance a refrigerator/freezer or just a freezer?
If a freezer, is it an upright or chest freezer?
If an upright freezer, is it a manual defrost or frost free model?
If a refrigerator, is it a frost-free model, cycle defrost or manual defrost type?
Is it in normal room temperature?
Posting the appliance's brand name and model number would allow us to find what design of appliance it is and what components it uses which could cause problems.
