Kenmore Side By Side Fridge - Ice but no water

I have a Kenmore side by side. The fridge and freezer work fine. It is making ice fine, but no water is coming from the water dispensor. Are the lines to that seperate from the ice dispensor? Maybe a bad filter? I'm not sure where to start. It seems everyone else is having problems making ice, where I am having problems getting the water dispensor to work. Thanks for any help.
