Whirlpool Dryer won't shut off

I have a Whirlpol dryer model LE9200XWW1 that will not advance in the 'moisture'sensing cycles. I replaced the bias thermostat and the pulser timer on advice of others. Still does not work. Timer does advance through timed cycles. Help!
