My Series 3 XJ6 is showing a strange vibration problem. Vibration occurs when starting off from stationary and continues as long as the accelerator pedal is pressed. There is no vibration on idle and when the accelerator is released (to change into second gear) the problem disappears. A similar but weaker vibration is seen on hard acceleration. Any ideas ?
