This may seem like a simple question, but here it is: the shifter in my 93 Ford Ranger Pickup is becoming increasingly difficult to shift, I recently put in DOT 3 brake fluid in the cylinder, but it has continued to be difficult to shift gears. Is DOT 3 the same thing as manuel clutch fluid, or is it a sign of a more serious problem. Thanks.
