: I have a 22"x22" corner post supporting the corner of my front porch. Due to the previous homeowner's poor planning, the downspout did not have an extension on it, and now the foundation of the corner post has erroded and it's pulling away from the front porch. Is it possible to jack this up and pump some concrete underneath it to level it back out? Or does it need to be completely rebuilt? The 7 feet or so above ground is in fine shape. I do not know how deep the foundation goes under the surface. It's not a main support of the house. Thank you in advance for your answer.

Martha
I need some more information to answer this question. Is the post all concrete or is it made of block or brick? Also it would help to know how deep the footing is and the size of both the pier and footing.
Jeff
