Greetings one and all,

My wife and I bought an old house, the lady before us painted the wood porch and the concrete steps the same color of blue. The paint appears to be an epoxy, but I am not sure of that. The paint on the steps is cracking and needs to be replaced. How does one remove the paint from the concrete, surely there is a simpler way than having one's wife chip it away with a putty knife, which is what is happening now, God love her.
