: Contracted to have a New Home built in the Atlanta Area. Someone goofed and not enough brick was delivered. Bricklayers used the delivered brick and ran out. Subsequent brick delivered did not match first brick in texture and base clay color. Home builder installed it anyway, saying he would 'stain' it to match. We consider this totally unacceptable and have retained an attorney to get out of the contract unless they remove the offending brick and install brick satisfactory to us. Comments, please?
