I have never seen EMT that is rated for burial. I would recommend using schedule 80 PVC instead. Its stronger and it won't corrode.
I would also recommend using individual stranded THHN/THWN wires, they pull easier and will last longer than solid wires pulled into conduit. NM or UF cable will not suffice.
