Is there a reset button on the Payne unit? It was installed the end of 1976. There is electric to the unit but none to the thermostat. Where do I start looking to find what the trouble is ?

Usually, the power and control panel is under a sheetmetal panel that is near the shutoff switch on the exterior of the unit. There may be a resetting transformer or a fuse block.
