You have a loose neutral connection on you service conductor. Call the power company and have them check their line to the top of the meter UNDER LOAD. They have a device to do this. Sometimes it takes several visits for them to figure it out. If it is not their problem it will be on the bottom lugs of the meter, (your responsibility), or in the panel. Commonly the lights get brighter and dim intermittenly as the connection gets worse. You just don't notice it in your appliances. It is very deterimental to them.

Have an electrician check the ground rod attachment at the power panel and the incoming power.
