Do you have the answer for removing drops of Kilts Primer from the cement porch? Or just even remove paint drops on cement when painters let drops, drop of from the brush? Thanks.

Answer:
Use paint stripper like you would on a wood finish you are restoring. The paste is best for spot cleaning. If the drip is years old, it may take a couple soakings. If new and thick enough, latex will come up when dry with a little scraping.
