I have a intertherm ultraflex furnace its in a 1989 mobile home. It kicks on and off just fine but all day you can hear it constantly clicking and you can feel heat at the unit all the time. Also when it does cut off after heating the trailer it makes a loud bang. I can't seem to find any answers on the internet anywhere. Thanks.

The clicking your hearing is the relays kicking in calling for more heat strips to start-up. Thats normal. The loud bang, I'm unsure, but it sounds like a short of some type. Does it smell like burnt plastic or just burnt something?
