We have a old kitchen window that needs to be replaced. It has a layer of ice on the inside of it. How do you hang the plastic on the inside of the window. What do you use? Is duct tape okay?

Answer:
Ice on the inside means there is to much moisture in the house. If you still need to seal window in the future. I would seal completly around the wood trim using a two sided tape made for plastic window coverings about 1/4 in. wide.
Should be able to find at any good building supply house.
