In our washroom at work there is a floor drain and most of the time it has a realy bad smell coming from it. What can be done for this? Thanks for you help.

Answer:
Lots of bleach and hot hot water should clear up the problem. Try to snake it out first to get rid of the hair and soap build up but lots of bleach and hot water helped me..

Most drains use water in a "u" shaped piece of the pipe to trap smelly gases from coming back up and into the room. Floor drains are no exception. Floor drains, not being used all the time often dry out. Just pour some water in the drain once in a while.
