We've had the misfortune of purchasing a home in which the sellers failed to disclose the fact that their daughter's cat urinated throughout the home. They managed to conceal it every time we were here. Hence, we will have to sue them.
We know we will have no choice but to tear out the carpet and pad and seal the subfloor.
I've been told by a number of people that KILZ does not work. Do you have any recommendations for a floor sealer - one that bonds to the wood and will permanently seal out the odor?
