The best product I found that really works is called "Star cleaner" sold at home depot. It's a crystalized powder that you mix with water. I put some in a spray bottle, spray the grout, let it sit for a few minutes and scrub with a stiff brush. Do a small area at a time and don't rush. Make sure to rinse afterwards. I use it on floor tile.
