How do I remove the smell from the material of the flooring under the carpeting. I bought a HUD home that had all the carpet removed becaquse of dog, cat, and kid urine. I tried a enzyme Plus, industrial strength odor control full strength, but there is still a lingering smell. Should I reapply the same solution, dilute it with more water, use bleach first or what?
Open to any suggestions.
