Laminate Floor Installation

I will be installing a hardwood laminate floor in my living room. In front of the fireplace are three stones approximately 1.5-2inches thick.They are not even and have mortar joints that are concave that I will need to butt the planks up against. How do I manage to give that area a finished look.
