We had pulled up our carpet in the basment only to find that the retard who installed it had glued the underlay to the cement floor so what we have done is ripped of the carpet got on our hands and knees to scrap of the underlay and it hurts your back and knees i was just wondering if there was a thing i could purchas or a trick to do it easier. so i need help to
