This could be caused

By an uneven subfloor or where the glue did not
take in that area and the flooring has stretched.
IF someone else installed this for you go back on them
for warranty on the installation.
IF you have had some recent moisture/water damage this could also be
the cause.
IF you did this yourself you maybe able to correct by using syringe
glue.
Visit any flooring centre and inquire as to the best glue to correct this.
They may suggest what I am suggesting is a syringe glue...poke a hole, remove the air,
insert glue, inject into area, weigh down heavily for recommended dry time.
