Call the plumber or whoever put the new sink and
disposal in for you as you are smelling backing up
sewer gases. If they changed any of the original
plumbing and tied it into a vent they should not have
and many many other possibilities are possible.
This can be dangerous. Something may not have been
connected properly and the worse scenerio is that
you may need to install a secondary vent stack near
the sink itself.
Please have it checked out as soon as possible.
