I have a unique problem. The outlet hose to my washing machine goes into a pipe that sticks out from the wall (normal washing machine outlet for the water/suds from the rinse cycle.

My problem is: during the last minute of the wash cycle, suds come pulsating back out of the 2" pipe (the same one the hose from the washing machine goes into). We have tried everything w/ 2 plumbers:

- They snaked every line in the house
- Then they thought it was the main, but its not because the overflow out front does not overflow and water does not back into the toilets (only the suds come back)
- We tried changing soaps and putting less soap in.
- I even tried using one of those balloons you put on to a garden hose to blow the pipe clean - that's why I don't think its the pipe/plumbing.

Every plumber that comes out just wants to snake things. . I need somebody to THINK of what the problem can be. My floor behing the washer is getting damaged because of the suds dripping on it.

Could it be the washing machine?

Help me!!!

Gary
