I have a Philips 31" tv. The repairman says he has never seen the vertical color line not lining up to turn white. Not able to correct the fuzziness on the top and bottom of the screen. The tv is about 10 years old and never been touch by anyone. Any ideas or do I toss?

Answer:
Some sets just don't align at the edges of the screen, if the center of the picture is okay I'd leave it alone. Make sure the person telling you this knows what he's doing, I worked as a tv repairman and couldn't believe how many techs didn't know how to align and set-up the color on a set, including the owner of the shop where I worked.
