I am in painting business for about 7 years in the New England area, The proscess I use is scraping the area and then putting joint compound on the area, sand and then paint with calcimite paint,calle calco from Hancock paint. But time passes and we are being called back because of more peeling and chipping these are flat ceilings, please let me know how to take care of this problem the 1st time. Thank you Deb
