I am looking for some plans for a bar that my wife wants in the kitchen. It will have one end to the wall, have doors on one side, and shelves inside to put canned goods on. It needs to be 36" high, 72" long, 36" wide.

Answer:
Depending on whether you want it painted or stained, I recommend buying either MDF, (painted), or hardwood plywood ,(staining), and building a simple cabinet. Shelves will need support every 24", so your face frame will have two vertical stiles between the ends. Use cleats or dadoes to hold the shelves, and nail/glue the edges of the shelves.
