I want to remove the plastic tile off of my bathroom wall.The tile came off with no problem but the adhesive won't come off. We sanded and scraped but nothing will work. Please help!!!

I have the same problem, found very toxic chemical gel-like remover at Home Depot. It took 3 applications,and removed paint below adhesive so I will need to patch and sand the plaster wall. It was very time consuming (2 hrs to do 40sq.ft.), so I am looking for a safer and faster method...anyone have any luck w/ other methods??

I am now using a metal scraper. I tried GOO Gone Painters Pal Spray gel, not good, it will take so many applications. I could put up a new wall faster.
