I am looking for a product that can be sprayed on the outside walls to give them a textured look. Don't want to use stucco.
I've heard there is a product called vinyl siding spray that can be applied to the concrete walls to blend in with the vinyl on the house. I need information on this product.

You might want to check out a product from Owens-Corning called Block-Bond. It is portland cement and fiberglass. It can be colored and can either be sprayed, (you need specialized equipment)or troweled on.
