I am having problems with mold growing on the north side of my house. I do have vinyl siding too. I don't have any standing water though. There is a retaining wall; but only 3 feet high. If anyone has any ideas I'm open for suggestions. Thanks.

Answer:
The only thing I can suggest is washing it down with a mix of clorox and water. It will deter it for a time. After you've scrubbed it down and rinsed, spray it again and leave it. Same on your roof shingles if you have it there. 50-50 mix in a spray bottle or pressurized sprayer.
