I am installing vinal siding and it is a 10 inch dutch lap. my wall (with a cement basement) is 95 inches and I need to know how to extend the starter strip to go down about 2=3 more inches. At 95 inches it will not slide into the edge of the finish strip at the soffit. I can not put the started strip down any farther because of the cement. HELP
