Please, someone tell me what will remove permanent marker off of my kitchen cabinets, and walls. My son had a little fun recently with the permanent marker, and I don't know what will remove it. Please help?

Answer:
I find that hairspray works great..spray it on and wipe it off..may take a few sprays.

Another Answer:
Be warned it may also remove varnish and oil based paint. Try a spot that is hidden to test first and on the cabinets try a small area with a q-tip. IF that does not work the walls can be primed with Kilz in that area and repainted but as far as the cabinets...well they may have to be steel wooled and touch up done.
For most people the rubbing alcohol works and if that fails in a test spot get some graffiti remover.
