I want to replace my outside unit with a Trane XL1200 SEER 14. What should I expect to pay for the entire job? Thanks.
Answer:
You can probably expect to spent at least $1500 to $2200 depending on the size of the unit. I just had an entire system replaced, (5 tons), indoor coil, outside unit and furnace for $3800. I do not recommend Trane as the condenser coils are made of Aluminum which can cause you some early grief.
